GOVERNMENT PRE-CERTIFICATION
Bayswater Projects is an accredited pre-approved NSW Government Contractor having completed numerous refurbishments, remedial and heritage works across Greater Sydney and Regional NSW.
We are certified on multiple procurement platforms for a variety of clientele.
SECURITY CLEARANCES
Our employees hold security clearance to work independently across multiple government and industry sectors including Dept of Defence, Communities & Justice, TransGrid and the University of Sydney.
We obtain clearance for all of our subcontractors also prior to the commencement of works.
AGSVA - NV1 CLEARANCE
The Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA) is the central vetting agency for the Australian Government and conducts security clearance assessments for federal, state and territory agencies.
Our management team currently hold Negative Vetting Level 1 Clearance from AGSVA.

AVETTA
Bayswater Projects is prequalified on Avetta, as an approved service provider with a certified Contractor Management System. Avetta is used to help streamline vendor on-boarding and prequalification workflows, as well as making sure the company is meeting all safety and sustainability requirements.

Alongside our reputable integrated management system, Bayswater Projects maintains Cm3 qualification, which supplements our commitment to delivering the best standards in quality, health and safety management.
LOCAL GOVERNMENT PROCUREMENT (LGP) APPROVED SUPPLIER – MINOR AND MAJOR CIVIL WORKS
Bayswater Projects are a pre-approved supplier with LGP for Minor and Major Civil Works including Construction Materials via the Vendor Panel Platform.
